Please be sure to allow enough time for your payment to reach you. Below are the expected turnaround times based on the payment method you chose, from the day you ACCEPT our Purchase Offer that will be emailed to you.


These are the times you should wait AFTER ACCEPTING YOUR PURCHASE OFFER before contacting us about your payment.

Check: 10 business days

ONLY if your payment is past these time frames, please open a Support Ticket to check on the payment status. Creating a Support Ticket prior to your turnaround time may result in delayed response and payment.



Lost Or Stolen Checks


We are able to see if a check has been cashed or not. If it has not been cashed, we can put a Stop-Payment on it that will prevent anyone from cashing it, and issue you a new check. A Stop-Payment check fee of $20 will be deducted from your re-issued payment. 


If the check has been cashed, it will be marked as Cleared, and we will not be able to re-issue payment.


Re-Issue Of Payments


Should you not receive your payment, we will provide proof of the transaction. This will include the payment details you provided to us. 


Re-issue of payment IS allowed for:


- Wire transfers that were not successfully received by your institution and the funds have been transferred back to our account. An additional $20 fee will be deducted from your total to re-issue a wire payment.

- Checks that are marked as OPEN and have not been cashed. An additional $20 fee will be deducted from your total in order to put a Stop-Payment on the check and issue you a new one.

- PayPal payments that did not clear and have been transferred back into our account. 


Re-issue of payment IS NOT allowed for:


- Wire transfers that where the funds have been transferred back to our account.

- Checks that are marked as CLEARED and have already been cashed.

- PayPal payments that have not been transferred back to into our account.
